Aqua Apartments Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
A deposit will be required, 25% at the time of booking and the balance must be cleared ten weeks prior to arrival. The reservation only becomes valid when a deposit has been received.
Please do not book your flights until we confirm your accommodation booking.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
The deposit is non refundable if cancellation is less than six weeks prior to arrival date.
A fee of £40 will be deducted to cover administration costs if a refund is necessary more than six weeks prior to arrival.
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing.
ARRIVAL TIME 14:00
On the day of arrival the housekeeper will aim to have the property ready by 2pm.
DEPARTURE TIME 10:00
On the day of departure, please vacate the property by 10:00 so that the housekeeper has enough time to clean before the new guests arrive.
AIR CONDITIONING USAGE
Our properties have fitted air conditioning units. We do not charge a local fee for their usage, but, due to high running costs and to help the environment, please observe the following:
Windows and doors must be kept closed while units are on. Air conditioning must only be used when you are in the property and switched off when you leave. The units will quickly cool
your property on your return. Failure to observe the above, during your, holiday may result in the air conditioning units being disabled.
PETS
Pets are welcome, please ensure this has been approved by us at the time of booking.
INSURANCE
We do not offer insurance, you are required to take out your own travel insurance.
ACCOMMODATION SAFETY
It is ultimately your responsibility for the care and safety of the members in your group. The use of the apartment is entirely at the user ' s own risk. Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times. No accommodation can be considered perfectly child safe, the properties may have low walls, steps inside and out of the property and balconies with railings. We do not accept responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused.
NO SMOKING
For the safety and comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property.
ACCOMMODATION BREAKAGES
If when you arrive, you notice a breakage that may have been overlooked by the house keeper who checked the accommodation before your arrival, please bring this to our attention immediately. We request that you respect our accommodation and in the event of serious abuse or damage to our holiday home by any member of your party, you may be asked to leave. It is your responsibility to pay for any breakages.
PROBLEMS & COMPLAINTS
Should you have a problem on your holiday with your accommodation, please report this to the housekeeper immediately. We must be given sufficient time to rectify the problem and allowances be made by you for any local situations contributing to the problem. A full/partial refund will only be considered where it is proven that any reported problem had a prolonged or major impact on the enjoyment of the accommodation booked. It is not acceptable to make a serious complaint after you have returned home or after the problem was resolved. We cannot be held responsible or be liable for compensation for events out of our control. For example problems relating to: weather, natural disasters, utility failure external to the villa (electric, water), local festivities, parties, natural noises, fire, filming and reporting, constructions in progress, local authorities responsibilities or restrictions.
